worst acting youtube

If you are pursuing acting is it a bad idea to have a youtube show?

My friends want to do little skits on youtube but I don’t want to be in it because I think it’ll reduce my chances of becoming an actress.

Well, I think you are right, because you need all your energy and focus on the main goal. Though people try to say that actors are discovered on youtube, etc., I really doubt it. PS, there are no such thing as talent scouts except to scammy outfilts like Powers.
