Which agents should a newbie actor (I have only performed in small theater productions, but I have taken lots of acting classes and voice lessons) send her headshot/resume to?

What are you doing right now in order to be SEEN by agents who would be considering new talent? Any showcases? Any theater in Los Angeles? It deosn’t matter what agents we know, you’re not doing anything to present anything of value to those agents. Things are rough right now in LA and all of these agencies have huge rosters of people that they are struggling to find audition opportunities for and here you come doing ZERO work on your own to prove your value.
