Are there any good acting agencies in Chicago?

Does anyone know any good acting agencies in Chicago. I’m looking for one that WON’T RIP ME OFF! Acting has always been my dream and I need an agency to represent me. If the agency asks for money, then it’s a scam. So please help me out(:

I’d make sure they’re SAG/AFTRA affiliated or franchised and that they don’t charge any upfront fees for them to be a legitimate agency. Good luck!
