What is the difference between the method of various acting techniques?

Stanislavsky .. etc. What is the difference between each one? Is there a type of method acting that most actors in Hollywood use? Thank you!

Some consider Method Acting difficult to teach. Partially this is due to a widespread belief that there is a single "method". "The Method" (as opposed to "method" with low case m) generally refers to the teachings of Lee Strasberg, but really no one method has been fixed. Stanislavsky himself changed its method permanently and dramatically during his career. This plurality and ambiguity, it can be difficult to teach one method.
