Is there any REAL LEGIT Managers or acting agencys in Los Angeles?

I’m 18 years old I’m looking for a REAL Legitimate acting agent or management I’m going to do extra work with Casting central in Burbank California but I want MORE Then just extra work. I Don’t have a SAG Card but will start working towards one. Is there any agencies or managements that will be TRUTHFUL That have a good success stories that you know for a fact that aren’t fake. I want some agency or management help me find work or place me. Any websites names numbers anything that will help please. Thank you so much for you help!!

Yes, there are hundres of “legit” agents and managers in Los Angeles. The question isn’t whether they exist, the question is whether they will represent you. You won’t find them on website. Get a copy of the Ross Reports. You can also find pre-printed labels used for mailings.

The thing is, these “legits” agents and managers get hundred’s of submission per day from actors. Are you competitive? Have you done more than extra work? Forget extra work in LA, it won’t get you anywhere. Check Actors Access and Backstage for non-union auditions. You can build your resume and reel on student films and shorts, which don’t pay but can give you experience in principal roles.
