How can I find small acting gigs in my area? Can I look in the Sunday newspaper?

I am 16 years old and live in Orlando, FL. Can I find these concerts in small adting the newspaper? If not, where can I watch? I do not have an agent and I do not plan to have one hours i go to in LA next year thank you

yeah, your paper will have local Community Theater and maybe even movie auditions. Search Craigslist under "Concerts", thats a good source. also search the Web for Film Commission of Florida, they generally show casting calls. I do not know too much about the scene hearing hearings to Orlando Orlando google to see what surfaces.
