What is the partnership deed?
Partnership Agreement in writing is called partnership agreement. Partnership agreement is a document that is signed by all partners and which contains all the issues relating to the determination and reciprocal rights, obligations and responsibilities of partners in conducting and management of the affairs of society. 13. Procedures to follow if a partner becomes insolvent.
14. Salary, if any, payable to the partners to manage the business.

16. Procedure for dissolution of the company and the settlement of accounts.
17. Arbitration of disputes between partners.

The items above are not the final list of clauses. Any clause in an agreement by partners may be included in the agreement. If the act is silent on an issue, then the provisions of the Partnership Act of 1932 applies.
